frequently
asked questions
Q:
What exactly does it mean to be psychic?
A: A person who is psychic has the ability to connect
with information using their "sixth sense". Beyond
the ordinary 5 senses there are the following:
- Claircognizant - often described as "clear
knowing". It is when you have a "ah-ha" moment
and "just know" something with no logical reason
why.
- Clairsentient - often described as "clear
feeling". It involves the receiving of emotion or physical
sensations such as cold, hot, ill, fearful, feeling trapped,
smelling odors, etc.
- Clairaudient - often described as "clear
hearing". This involves receiving sounds or messages
outside of the primary senses.
- Clairvoyant - often described as "clear seeing".
This involves receiving mental pictures in your mind. These
are sometimes just one solitary vision, sometimes pictures
shown in a row, and they are sometimes received like a home
movie.
Not all psychics have the same strengths. Some use only one
of the above gifts, some use a combination of a few, and others
may use them all. I tend to be clairvoyant, clairaudient, and
clairsentient when giving readings. I am claircognizant mostly
when entering buildings or meeting people for the first time.
Q: How do you communicate with my deceased loved ones?
A: By using a combination of the above-mentioned psychic
senses, as well as mediumship skills, I receive messages from
deceased loved one's. I open up to the their energy and messages
and relay what is given to me as clearly as possible. I will
ask you whether you are left or right handed because by knowing
that, I will know how the deceased loved one's are related to
you when they show themselves to the left or right of your shoulders.
Q: How does numerology work?
A: Numerology is a way to unlock the hidden code in a
given name. Almost everything around us has a name. Your given
name at birth, your street name, your company name, nicknames,
and married names all have distinct power locked within them.
By mathematically computing the numbers behind each letter in
a name, it can give you a snapshot of the potential energy that
is available to be released around that name. Each letter in
the alphabet has a number attached to it, and by adding the
numbers together to the point of a single digit, different snapshots
of a person can be seen and understood.
Q: What is an Indigo child?
A: The Indigo generation started to arrive in the late
70's. These people have the characteristic of being highly creative,
intuitive, non-conformists who tend to be psychic and help their
peers cope through informal counseling (venting, comforting
with hugs and listening, sometimes not even talking but just
being together and sending love). High self worth is a common
theme with an aversion to absolute authority also being prominent.
They usually see "outside the box" and come up with
ingenious solutions get around adults' old way of thinking about
things. Visit the website for information: Indigo
Network.
Q: What is Reiki?
A: The human body naturally radiates warmth and energy.
In different cultures around the world this energy has been
called different things. Chi (china), Mana (Polynesian), Orenda
(Native American), Prana (India), and Rauch (Hebrew), to name
a few. In this ancient healing art it is called Ki, thus creating
the name Reiki which means "Universal life energy".
By becoming attuned as a Reiki practitioner, a person is able
to lay their hands on a person or animal and comfort/relieve
pain through being a channel for the Reiki energy to pass through.
The most beneficial part of Reiki is that it heals the healer
while it also heals the recipient because it is a pure life
force that only holds the purpose of love and betterment for
all. Reiki heals at the physical level by going deeper into
the emotional level, which is the cause of all disease ("dis-ease")
in people.
